I have devised a cunning plan in order to bamboozle said Whit and sneaking in an entry from the UK, simply this – we enter using locations that could easily be confused with US place names, you know, names that they stole from us in the first place, places like “Birmingham” (although to be honest I would not wish to admit to being from either Birmingham West Midlands or Birmingham Alabama) and erm…

I’m sure there’s some more…
