It’s O-Tay little skirrell. It’s O-Tay. Aww, what a koot little skirrell.
Zella, what are you talking about?
What do you have there?
Aww, Zella! (exasperated) That’s not a squirrell. It’s a chipmunk.
And it’s dead!
Would you please stop hugging it!

Maybe it was just playing opossum.
A future taxidermist?
Ewww. I hope you scrubbed her hands and whatever else it touched after that. Did you save the chipmunk? I hear they’re good grilled too.
Eeeewwww eeewwwww eeeewwww!!! Groossss grooss and nasty!! Oh I hope you hosed her off and then made her take a bath!!! E
Oh”>www!
Oh, but Happy Rockin’ Friday!!
Ick. That’s all I’ve got. Just Ick.
Oh Lord, I hope not. They buried it.
More like executioner!
The kids buried it before I had a chance to try. It would have made a cute little hat.
That was kind of my initial reaction, too.
I hear ya.
That is just gross. EAnd”>WWW!And hopefully we won’t be experiencing this with the hamster any time soon.
Oh man… my daughter would so do that. Just yesterday she took a dead butterfly with her to “pre-school”.
Could be worse. Could’ve been an armadillo.
Fortunately, the boy-child only hugs worms (so far) around our house.
The girl-child did try to pick up a snake the other day, though. It was still alive.
We’ve avoided the furry rat pets thus far.
Kids! Zane brought a dead bird into the house a few days back. Just to ask me if there was anything we could do to help it.
Ugh! A snake would have sent me screaming like a school girl into the streets. I can’t stand snakes!
Uh, yuck! What a kindhearted girlie she is though; a good sign.
A classic.
I’m really going to have to have more kids so I get more blog fodder
You know, I could definitely see my daughter doing exactly the same thing.
Just not with a squirrel or a chipmunk.
Noooo way!!! Yipes!!
WHOA! Creepy!
