		<description>It was painstaking, arduous and I would have rather been having a root canal than stringing those freaking lights!  I hate every minute of it.  I never posted a picture of it because I couldn&#039;t get a good one.

And I didn&#039;t have to worry about sap.  The place where we got our tree neglected to give us a fresh cut and the poor thing never drank water.  It was completely dry!</description>

And how does a person manage to get 80 strings of lights on a tree that size? Did I miss the pics of all those lights, or did you neglect to post one? Because I&#039;d sure like to see a &quot;before&quot; and &quot;after&quot; of that sad tree!

The last time I butchered a Christmas tree like that in my living room, the carpet was forever sticky with sap. I never could get it all out after that.
