And yeah, my wife bought me the scope a few years back totally out of the blue. Unfortunately, I don't have much time anymore and it's been about a year since I set it up. I usually add things here and there or omit things as I see fit. Typically, it all turns out good but again, replication is a toughy! Sorry to hear about your restaurant. We actually had the restaurant, albeit a tiny little lunch counter. It was dying when we bought it and we killed it proper. But the recipe thing has been a source of consternation around here for years. iPastor has taken to punching notes into his smartphone as he goes, so if it turns out good, he has a record.
