I took a walk on the beach this evening, a moment of contempatve respite. The metronomic rhythm of the waves and their conversation with the sand has a calming effect.
Even with a crappy cell phone camera–this is a picture of a life I could get used to.
Though next time I take a walk, I need to make sure I remember to tell someone where I’m going.
